Anime di Carta (1970)

The film follows Alice, an Anglo-Sicilian woman living with her loving partner in England. Navigating a country she doesn’t truly feel a part of, Alice grows isolated and nostalgic for Sicily - where she was raised by her grandmother in her youth.
