阴阳超（霍瑞华 饰）是黑帮大佬坤哥（洪金宝 饰）手下的小弟，天生拥有阴阳眼的他能看到常人所看不到的孤魂野鬼。一次偶然之中，阴阳超救下了意欲跳楼轻生的女子阿梅（袁洁莹 饰），原来，阿梅欠了坤哥一大笔债，无力偿还，才想到了寻短见。让阴阳超没有想到的是，自己的举动惹恼了女鬼小红（于莉 饰）。
